Our Family & Staff

Meet Our Family & Staff

Our dedicated and supportive staff are here to guide you through this difficult journey. We take pride in doing our absolute best to ensure your needs are met.

Many funeral homes place little if any, emphasis on ongoing staff training. The Floyd A. Williams Funeral Home holds high standards for all members of its organization. Professionalism and Respect come first. We have come to see the importance of ongoing consumer service training and we require all staff to participate in the mandatory state Continuing Education Courses, as well as familiarize and apply our firm's traditions, culture, and policies.

Here at the Floyd A. Williams Funeral Home, Inc., we do not assume that the new graduate or even the seasoned professional is qualified to fulfill the consumer service obligations that we require our funeral directors to obtain when carrying for our families.

All Staff is properly licensed and registered to ensure service excellence and to ensure your loved one is cared for respectfully and efficiently on a day-to-day basis while awaiting services.

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the management staff of Floyd A. Williams Funeral Home. In addition to those listed here, several additional wonderful employees work to make every experience a personal and caring one. We desire to serve you and your loved ones with a sense of family and spiritual care.

Floyd Williams is a graduate of the New England Institute of Funeral Directing, Cambridge College, and Gordon Cornwell Theological Seminary. He is an ordinated minister. Mr. Williams is immersed in his steadfast love of God, Family, and Community.

When he and his wife Cynthia started the Floyd A. Williams Funeral Home, they stepped out on faith. He has served his community for over 37 years with dignity and professionalism as a funeral director. He has served his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as an Apologist of the Faith as a minister of the Gospel. He is now blessed to past the mantle of leadership to two well deserving young African-American women, Dahria Williams-Fernandes and Jenelle A. Johnson.
