Jose Armando “Loc” Cardona-Ramos, 32, of Boston, MA, passed away on July 23, 2021, after surgery complications at a Boston Hospital. He was also known as “Jeezy”. Jose was born to Jose Cardona and Silkia Ramos-Felix on March 3rd, 1989. He graduated with a certificate in Computer Network security and worked as a construction worker for many years. Jose “Loc” was a strong minded and willed individual, who was always willing to fight for what he believed in and loved to prove his point. Jose loved being from Boston and represented the community he was from with pride. Jose was an activist and a great leader in the community, he organized several city cleaning activities and hosted “The Healing Corner” where he volunteered and served free food to anyone in the neighborhoods of Boston. Jose “Loc” was known for debating his political views and standing for what he believed in, as well as being an amazing dad to his children and being a fun uncle. Jose “Loc” loved representing his heritage and enjoyed his mother island, Puerto Rico earlier this summer. He loved to travel, experience new things, and meet so many new people. Jose never shied away from living life on the edge, he enjoyed taking risks and bragging about all his successes. He always wanted more for his family and friends and lived life trying to achieve that goal. Jose is survived by his daughter Jaziely Cardona and his son Joziel Cardona. Brothers: Jonathan Cardona, Jay Cardona, Matthew Cardona, Geraldo Serrano, Kevin Cardona, and Brandon Cardona. Sisters: Nancy Cardona and Kassandra Garcia. Parents: Jose Cardona and Silkia Ramos-Felix. Grandfather: Jose Ramos. Grandmothers: Ana Rodriguez y Maria Felix. Uncles: Carlos Torres, Hiram Santa, and Jose Santiago. Aunts: Maritza Cardona, Sonia Sepulveda, and Jacqueline Garcia. Also, 11 nieces and nephews.
