David Carpenter of Quincy, MA was born January 2nd 1964 in Memphis, TN to the Late Mord Bell and Geri Carpenter.
David was called to his final resting place on May 7, 2021 at 57 years of age. He (David) spent most of his life residing in the Greater Boston area and was educated within its school system before he eventually attended Bunker Hill Community College to pursue an Associates Degree in Graphic Arts.
David enjoyed Art, Music, watching sporting events and dining whenever his schedule permitted. David was jovial, he loved to laugh and make others laugh as well.
David is survived by his loving children Damon Carpenter of Providence, RI, Shakima (Hines) Carpenter of Atlanta and Shalima (Hines) Carpenter of Atlanta. He is survived by his loving father Geri Carpenter, his brothers Christopher and Drealnardo (Drew) Carpenter and his sister Shennetta Carpenter. He is also survived by his loving aunts Willie Mae Hicks and Vera Hicks of Boston, MA and Esther Hayden and Lenora Chambers of Memphis, TN. He also leaves behind his uncles Elijah Carpenter Sr., Donald Hicks and Robert Hicks of Boston, MA. His grandchildren Damon Carpenter Jr., Damani Carpenter and Damiyaah Carpenter and great granddaughter Dailani. David is also survived by his many nieces and nephews as well as cousins in Memphis, TN, Boston, MA, Virginia, Wisconsin, Texas and Mississippi. David will also be missed by his many friends and associates he met and called “Brother” and “Sister” during his lifetime
