With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Oluranti McClaine on March 12th, 2024, at the age of 49. Surrounded by the warmth of her family, Oluranti left us, leaving a legacy of resilience, kindness, and faith. Born in Boston on March 5th, 1975, she was a beacon of light to all who crossed her path.
Oluranti's academic achievements were notable, with master's degrees from both Harvard and Simmons University. Her career as a therapist and her devout service at Jubilee Christian Church touched many lives.
Her spirit of generosity, humor, and humility will be deeply missed. Oluranti’s impactful journey is survived by her loving children, Kayin and Onike Adeniji, along with siblings Kim Mcclaine, Ana-Alicia Thompson, Yolanda Evans Robinson, Kevin Mcclaine and numerous family members, friends, and those fortunate enough to have known her. She was preceded in death by her mother, Agnes McClaine, and her brother Karl Mcclaine.
Oluranti’s memory will be cherished and honored by all of us. Her remarkable contributions and the love she shared will forever resonate within our hearts.
