Linda grew up and was educated in Boston, MA. She worked in medical records partially for a short time at Tufts Medical Center. Over the years, she worked as a bartender in several well-known establishments around Boston. She was partially raised by the late Henry Tale and survived by Stella Tale.
Linda lived life on her own terms and passed away in her own way. She had a smile and a laugh that made you laugh too. She loved a nice cold beer and a good time sitting in her recliner. She loved playing her music loud like no one else was in the room. She was famous for her seafood stuffing. She was witty, strong, stylish, humerus, inspiring, unselfish, and generous to people she knew.
Linda is preceded in death by her mother, Lucy Jones Nelson; her father, Nobi Brown; first son, Glen Jones; second son, Donelle Jones; and her brother, Billy Jones. She is survived by her two siblings, Arthur Jones and Clyde Jones of Boston, MA. She is survived by her loving children, Donetta Jones, Michael Jones, Dominique Gilbert, Glen Jr Goods, Godchildren: Tanya White, Jackie White and Douglas Kizzie. Grandchildren: Jamaree Graves- Jones, Christian Jones, Layla Jones, Michael Jr Jones, Mariah Jones, Mikayla Jones, Yessinia Otero- Gilbert, Nevaeh Gilbert, Anthony Chytrus Jr, and Avanie Martinez, several nieces and nephews, cousins.
