Beloved Matriarch, Eva Mae Baxter of Boston, MA, widow of the late Charlie Thames was called to rest on April 8, 2025.

Born on Sunday, August 17, 1930, in Paxvillle, Clarendon County, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Jimmy Baxter and Evelina (Bradley) Baxter. Unto that union eight children were born. Eva was the eldest of her siblings, five of whom preceded her in death; Bishop George K., Jimmy, Sammie Lee, Clara Bell, and Annie Ruth (Baxter) Thames. Also preceding her in death, sister-in-law Apostle Dr. Clara M. (Whack) Baxter.
