Andrew Nicholas Meade

Andrew Nicholas Meade (Ace) passed away on July 10, 2023 at the age of 69, in Boston, MA. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile, despite the pain, Ace came out a hero and stayed strong until the end.

Andre Nicholas Meade (Ace) was born December 6, 1954 in Arima, Trinidad and Tobago. His parents were Iona Meade and Charles Meade. Aces’ parents moved to Boston, MA when ace was a teenager.

Ace ended up going to trade school after working are General Electric for some years. He took up Carpentry which enabled him to start A&M Construction. His own business.

With this he hired people within the community and passed down the trade. So not only did he employ them, he taught them the trade. Also besides being a hardworking man, Ace also loved to party. He would always get friends and family together to celebrate life. He loved all music but Soca and Calypso was his favorite. I don’t think he’s never missed Carnival. Always in a steel band. He loved his Trinidadian culture. He was loved and known by many in the Boston Community.

Anywhere you would go in the city, somebody knows “Ace”. Andrew Meade (Ace) leaves behind 5 children, 10 grandchildren, brothers and sister, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
